Event Description.
Join us for a fun course dedicated to french Brioche baking.
You will discover the basic technics of kneading, shaping and balling your dough. You will make and take home 5 different types of Brioche. You will enjoy a post-class social coffee and taste the warm sweet bread just out of the oven.
